Vatic Note: This is an amazing comprehensive treatment of Phil Schneiders encounter with aliens below ground in Dulce. He was eventually brutally murdered. This video deals with historical evidence of aliens long time residences here underground. It would certainly explain the inhumanity we are experiencing today, if these leaders are in fact, aliens. I also live about 30 miles from Dulce and today, with no industry, no economic boom, and its location is in a desert miles from any employment center, and yet its growing with massive building and movement of people into the area. Why? What is going on there?

Phil Schneider died in 1996. Previous to his death he had been on tour across the United States speaking out about various subjects including his involvement with building a secret underground base in Dulce, New Mexico for the military.
During this time, he said to have had an encounter with a violent E.T race in the late 1970's which would change his whole world reality immediately after.
